About Construn Limited
An indigenous engineering services company with the people, processes and registrations to deliver civil, electrical, telecom and ICT projects.
Built on field experience, growing with every project
Construn Limited was incorporated in Kenya in June 2020 as a private limited company. From the start we set out to be the partner operators, vendors and institutions can hand a whole site to — civil works, power, telecom equipment and IT — and trust it to be done right.
Our head office is in Nairobi and our South Sudan office is in Juba, both able to provide turnkey services. We currently work with cellular service providers and tower contractors in Kenya and South Sudan, alongside county governments, state agencies and schools.
Through targeted training and on-the-job experience our team has learned to see networks as a system rather than a collection of discrete components — and to adapt international standards to the realities of each site.

Construn is committed to a healthy and safe working environment for our staff, customers and the public. Our Health & Safety Policy commits us to:
- Comply with local and international health and safety legislation
- Identify hazards, assess and document risks, and implement controls
- Inform, train and supervise staff, customers and visitors on site risks
- Provide a trained health & safety coordinator with adequate resources
- Issue appropriate PPE and training to all personnel
- Review the policy and the effectiveness of controls every year
